Fees for psychological evaluations vary significantly and can be discussed during a consultation. Psychological evaluations are paid by cash or check only.
Dr Diez accepts Aetna PPO and MultiPlan Health coverage only. If you have any other PPO health coverage plan (taht is, a palns that allows you to seek "out of network" services) and want to work with Dr. Diez, you can pay directly to her and then submit the billing to your health insurance for reimbursement.
