I’m a psychologist based in New York City and the Hudson Valley, specializing in coaching, psychotherapy, and psychedelic integration for individuals and couples.
My work blends Western and Eastern perspectives, drawing from neuroscience, depth psychology, and meditative practices. I offer a grounded, emotionally attuned presence—gentle and kind, yet clear and direct—to support honest exploration and meaningful change.
I began my shadow work early in life, and years of working in hospitals in South America and New York deepened my understanding of non-ordinary states of consciousness and the human drive for insight and transformation.
As a MAPS-certified researcher and practitioner, I help clients integrate psychedelic experiences into a coherent, purposeful life path.
Outside of my clinical work, I’m a sound meditation practitioner and passionate conservationist. I spend much of my time restoring and protecting wildlife habitats around my home in the Hudson Valley.
