Psychedelic Integration

Psychedelic Integration Services with Dr. Claudia Diez

Dr. Claudia Diez offers specialized Psychedelic Integration services. Her extensive background spans  more than 20 years of work with individuals experiencing altered states of consciousness in multiple settings, including private group retreats, hospitals, clinics, and individual private practice. Her services address normal as well as adverse reactions to a journey.

What Is Psychedelic Integration?

Psychedelic Integration is the process of making sense of the profound insights, messages, and symbolism experienced during psychedelic journeys. By incorporating advanced psychological frameworks and therapeutic approaches, integration transforms these experiences into meaningful growth in everyday life.

Who Can Benefit from Psychedelic Integration?

Dr. Diez’s services are particularly valuable for individuals using psychedelic medicines (e.g., psilocybin, ayahuasca, Ketamine, DMT, MDMA) for self exploration and personal development or treatment of clinical conditions, such as depression, anxiety, eating disorders and other addictions. Psychedelic integration helps clients:

  • Reflect on and interpret visions, stories, and messages from their journeys
  • Access and understand deeper layers of the mind
  • Integrate insights into everyday life for richer personal and interpersonal growth
  • Manage adverse side effects that may linger after a psychedelic journey

Dr. Diez’s approach draws on multiple methodologies. Her work is deeply informed by trauma perspectives, acknowledging the influence of biographical experiences, and by the ideas of Carl G. Jung, including:

  • Psychodynamic and Psychoanalytic Psychology: Exploring unconscious patterns and inner conflicts.
  • Transpersonal Psychology: Addressing spiritual and transcendent dimensions of human experience. Visit Dr. Diez’s Blog on Transpersonal Psychology
  • Analytical Psychology (Jungian): Utilizing dream analysis, archetypes, and shadow work to uncover the unconscious mind.
    • Symbolism and Dream Analysis: Accessing the imagery and messages stemming from deeply buried states of  mind.
    • Archetypes and Collective Unconscious: Understanding universal patterns and shared human experiences.
    • Shadow Work: Integrating hidden or suppressed parts of the psyche for personal transformation.
  • Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy: As part of her practice, Dr. Diez also offers Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP).
